Student Travel Guide

The biggest thing to remember about Student Travel is planning. This is the key to everything. If you do not plan then it will be very hard to make your travelling go smoothly. Whether you are trekking across Australia or driving through Europe things will be so much easier if you know what you are doing and know something about the place you are passing through.

Documents you may need

Make sure that you have all the necessary documents and bits of paper you need before you set off. The most obvious thing is your passport. No passport no travel! So do not forget this and make sure there is plenty of time left on it. You are supposed to have more than 6 months until it runs out. Some countries require you to have a Student Tourist Visa to visit so check before you go, if you don’t have a tourist visa than it is more than likely that you will not be let in. Furthermore, depending on how long you are planning on staying abroad you may want to find a job, this would require a Working Visa or Permit. Again, check before you go. Other documents you may need are an International Driving Licence, Immunization Records and International Health Certificates
